Refunds or resending of items are not granted if you, the customer, have failed to update your address in a prompt and sufficient manner. There are multiple areas on this website where addresses have to be updated. Please contact Avalon and Ninth, LLC if you need to verify that all areas have been updated. These areas can be found by logging into your account.
Additionally, if an order is marked delivered and you do not have it, it is your responsibility to open lines of communication with the Post Office to locate your package. Packages marked delivered will not be resent or refunded.
