Shipping
Where do you ship to?
We ship to the USA, Canada, and Australia.
How long does shipping take?
Our processing times vary depending on the work load but our average processing times are 2-3 weeks. During sale times it will increase to 4 weeks due to the amount of orders we receive.
Until further notice, processing times are 3-4 weeks
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number and link.
Other ways to track your order is to log into your account and click on your order number or download the Shop App and sign in with the email address you have your order confirmations sent to. The Shop App is a great way to keep all your incoming packages in one spot.
Returns
How do I return an item?
We do not accept returns. If you have an issue with your order, please contact us via our website contact form or at help@shopavalonandninth.com
Can I exchange for a different item?
We do not provide exchanges. We do out best to give as much detailed information on our listings as possible.

General Questions
How do subscriptions work?
Subscriptions are a renewal based product. Sign up during our open window and receive that month's theme. Each month, you subscription will renew on the 5th. Cancel by 6pm on the 4th of the month. Orders that have processed will not be canceled or refunded.
Can I combine orders?
I try to pick up on orders that have been placed to combine but if you would like your orders combined, please message me. If you've received a shipping notification, orders cannot be combined.
My order is missing or arrived damaged!
Please message me with your order number and any supporting photos. We will then discuss how to fix any issues.
How do you make your products?
Great question! We utilize a variety of methods to create our products. From commissioning independent artists, purchasing licenses, graphic design software and implementing AI tools. All artwork on our site is combined with my own artwork pieces and digital assets to create a cohesive design where I am part of the process every step of the way. This ensures a design that sticks to the story I have created!
