Current processing times are 7-10 business days. We are a partially ready to ship shop and many items are made to order. Our processing times may increase during busy times to a 2-3 week timeframe.
Type of paper:
We are currently phasing out our premium regular matte paper and switching over to the buttery smooth premium paper. Your order may contain two types of papers but full kits will always be one type of paper.
Refunds and exchanges:
We do not offer refunds or exchanges on products. We work hard to ensure all items are up to quality. If you have a problem with your order, please email me at avalonandninth (at) gmail (dot) com
Cancellations are only permitted if requested within 12 hours of purchase. Cancellations will not be honored during sale times.
It is the international customers responsibility to ensure they understand the amounts that require customs fees on their orders. In the event of you refusing your package because it is charged the required customs fees, there will be a restocking fee of 20% of your order or $15, whichever is greater. You will then be refunded the remaining amount minus any shipping fees. To clarify, your refund will contain the amount after shipping is deducted and the restocking fee.
Problems with order:
If you find a problem with your order, email us promptly at avalonandninth (at) gmail (dot) com.
Package says delivered but never arrived:
Please check with USPS on this. Once it is delivered, it is out of my hands for what can be done. Check with your neighbors, others that gather mail in the house, and request the geo-tag locator from the post office. If you have a consistent problem with packages going missing, I do offer insurance. Please talk with me before purchasing.
If your order is returned to me because of incorrect address or delivery, you will be responsible for paying shipping to have it shipped to the correct address.
We take pride in the notion that our paper is bright, white, and very smooth. You deserve the best at an affordable price. All types of pens work on this paper. If using gel pens, please allow it to dry before touching as the pen may smear.
If you are having trouble lifting the sticker, try from another angle. Using a nail vice the end of your finger can help the paper separate from its backing.
