Currently the only overseas country we ship to is Australia. We may change this in the future and offer shipping to additional countries.
This solely depends on where you live. Due to the increase demand of postal services, the post office and other carriers have increased their time frames for delivery. Here in the continental US, deliveries can take up to 3 weeks and sometimes longer due to weather and other extenuating circumstances that are out of my control.
For international, to include Canada, shipping can take up to 6 weeks or longer based upon weather and extenuating circumstances.
USPS is the carrier that we use.
Sometimes packages are marked delivered the day before they are actually delivered.
Here are a few tips to locate your package:
1. Check with others in the house. It is pretty common for someone else in the house to have picked the mail up and not realize there was a package.
2. Check with neighbors. This is something that happens very frequently.
3. Check with your local Post Office. They will check with the carrier. Ask for the geo-location tag. That way they can see where the delivery was marked delivered.

We use a bright white and very smooth premium paper. All types of pens work on our paper. If using gel pens, please allow to dry before touching as it may smear.
This is something that is common with this paper due to how thin it is. While we try to avoid sheets that are cut too deep, we don't catch them all.
Some tips for dealing with the paper:
- Bend the sheet at the corner. Bending it helps to separate the backing from the sticker. This is a highly adhesive paper so it does like to hold on to its backing.
- Use your fingernail to help separate the sticker or a piar of tweezers.

I only offer cancellations if the request is submitted with 12 hours of purchase.
We love our subscriptions and love that you are interested in one. We offer two types of subscriptions - functional or kit.
Our functional subscription opens up on the 5th of every month. Spots close on the 24th. You have multiple options to choose from.
Our mystery kit opens up on the 17th of the month and closes on the 24th. Spots are more limited for this subscription.
To sign up, head on over to our monthly subscription tab and choose the one you want. Keep in mind that subscriptions must be purchased separately from any other items in the shop.

Swaps are only allowed for the current sub you are in. For example, swapping options within the monthly functional subscription is allowed. Swapping from a monthly functional sub to a mystery kit is not. To do this you would need to cancel your first subscription and then place an order for the second.
You can always email us at email@example.com to cancel.
To cancel, please log into your account from a desktop.
Once logged in, look to the left hand side of the screen. You will see a list of links and one is titled Manage Subscriptions. Click that.
From there you will see an option to cancel next to your subscription.
